In this study, we finish Titus Chapter 1 and review the opening of Paul’s letter to Titus.

Paul begins by grounding Titus’ ministry in the truth of God’s Word, the hope of eternal life, and the commandment of God our Saviour. Titus was left in Crete to set in order the things that were lacking and to appoint faithful elders in every city.

As the chapter continues, Paul gives clear qualifications for church leadership and then warns Titus about false teachers, empty talk, corrupt motives, and those who profess to know God but deny Him by their works.

This study reminds us that sound doctrine is not just something to be believed — it must be lived. Godly leadership, faithful teaching, and personal holiness matter in the household of God.

Join us as we walk through Titus 1 and consider what it means to be sound in the faith.
